  1. Can I change my order if I placed it in an incorrect size?

    You may be able to change the size of the item you ordered if you inform the customer care team within 24 hours of placing an order, in writing, at info@saahra.com. You can also call us for any further queries at our helpline, which is (+91) 9871110063.

  2. Can I cancel my order, once the order is placed?

    You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and unless it has not been processed by us.

  3. How will Covid-19 impact my delivery timelines?

    Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are working on reduced staff strength and dispatching on assigned days of the week. We request you to kindly bear with us on delays of your deliveries.

  4. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it immediately. Before we ship it, we shall send you your tracking number via the email address provided to us at the time of placing the order.

  5. Can I give a gift card?

    Of course – please contact our customer care team and they will assist you.

  6. I received a defective/ soiled item. What should I do?
