It features an exaggerated Peasant Sleeves and explores fabric-manipulation technique, with gathers strategically secured by seam lines across the torso and highlighted with applied fabric strips that both secures and create an accent across the garment. The lower half is designed as a circular-cut flared skirt, with the striped lines moving dynamically across the form to create a bold graphic effect.
