How to Use
Twist the pencil and apply the it with smooth precision as kohl, an eye liner or a brow-filler. Use the sponge on the other end to shape, blend or smudge the kohl for deeper and thicker definition.
*This completely non-toxic formula is not guaranteed to be smudge proof. For best results, make sure to dab some powder underneath to avoid it from bleeding into the skin.
